This tour is mainly a speedboat journey on the Suriname river. This breathtaking tour goes along the cultural heart of Paramaribo, the historic plantations and the rustic of Suriname. During this tour you will discover Suriname by speedboat and enjoy what Suriname has to offer.

Price: Euro 85,-

DAY PROGRAM

In the morning we will depart from the hotel Torarica pier.
We will sail along the waterfront and the central market, to the sunken German merchant ship Goslar where we will moor for a small stop to view the wreck of the partly sunken ship, from here one has also a beautiful view over the skyline of Paramaribo.
After this stop we sail along the harbor and make the crossing to plantation Peperpot (old coffee and cocoa plantation). After a short tour through the town of Domburg we leave to the old citrus plantation Laarwijk where we will make a small stop to consume some snacks and fruit.

We sail away from here to Paranam in to the Para river, where we will have lunch at a small idillisch restaurant along the Para River. After lunch we will visit a private beach for swimming or just relaxing, hereafter we sail back to Paramaribo where you will be dropped off at the Pier of Hotel Torarica.
