TOUR CONDITIONS

* Mistakes written on this page are non-binding
* All tours will be made on the condition of space availability and are including 8% tax.
* Child discount for children under 12 years old are available upon request.
* After booking and confirmation of the tour, you will receive a receipt with accompanying information.
* After receiving the confirmation, you need to pay an advance of 25% right away.
* The entire costs of the tour (the total travel sum) must be paid at the latest three weeks before departure.
* In the case of a last minute booking, full payment is due upon the confirmation of requested tour.
* You are personally responsible for taking care of your visa through the Surinam Consulat in Amsterdam, Buitenveldert. You are also responsible to get properly vaccinated (example; malaria)
* Discover Suriname Tours is not responsible for possible consequences followed by:
Neglecting proper vaccination prior to the journey to Suriname.
* The traveller cannot hold Discover Suriname Tours responsible for possible damage due to limited transportation facilities, communication equipment and medical assistance.
* The traveler should possess a proper travel/accident/cancellation insurance on own costs.
* Furthermore Discover Suriname Tours has the right to make changes in the tour program in case of circumstances beyond its control, unforeseen circumstances or safety circumstances.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If a cancellation should occur the following expenses will be charged:
Until the 15th day before leaving -day of departure not included- a cancellation fee of 25% of the entire costs of the tour will be charged.
On the 14th day until the 7th day before departure a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire costs of the tour will be charged.
From the 6th day before departure a cancellation fee of 75% of the entire costs of the tour will be charged
Within 24 hours before departure a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire costs of the tour will be charged.
